About the role
Griswold Home Care is seeking caregivers for daytime shifts in the Powder Springs area.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation/feeding, toileting, medication reminders, and ambulation
- Complete daily activity logs for every shift
- Drive clients to lunch, social engagements, and doctor’s appointments
Requirements
- Current Georgia CNA license or PCA certification
- High School Diploma or GED with the ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Good communication skills - written and oral
- Caregiver must be compassionate and positive with a love for seniors and the disabled
- Current Georgia Driver's license with proof of current auto insurance
- CPR & First Aid
- TB Skin Test (within last year) or Chest X-ray (within past 5 years)
