CNA / PCA / Caregiver

About the role

Care Advantage Inc. is seeking full- or part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), or Caregivers to provide in-home care services to clients in the Charlotte County, VA area.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Monitor and record vital signs as needed
• Ensure safety and security of clients at all times
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Follow established policies and procedures for infection control and medication management
• Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements for home health care services

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Two satisfactory professional references
• Reliable transportation
• Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellence, and have a good attitude

Work Schedule

This Caregiver position can be full- or part-time, allowing you to set your own hours. Shifts include days, nights, and weekends. We are flexible and willing to work around your schedule!
