CNA / PCA / Caregiver
About the role
Care Advantage Inc. is seeking full- or part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), or Caregivers to provide in-home care services in the Buffalo Junction, VA area.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and medication management
- Ensure clients' safety and comfort at all times
- Communicate regularly with clients, families, and healthcare providers to monitor and improve client health outcomes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Two satisfactory professional references
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellence, and have a good attitude
Work Schedule
This Caregiver position can be full- or part-time, allowing you to set your own hours. Shifts include days, nights, and weekends. We are flexible and willing to work around your schedule!
Pay
Quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance, $500 friend referral bonus, and paid in-service training are some of the benefits offered.
