CNA / PCA / Caregiver
About the role
Care Advantage Inc. is seeking full- or part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), or Caregivers to provide in-home care services in the Christainsburg, VA area.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Ensure clients' safety and comfort
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Two satisfactory professional references
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellence, and have a good attitude

Schedule
This Caregiver position can be full- or part-time, allowing you to set your own hours. Shifts include days, nights, and weekends. We are flexible and willing to work around your schedule!
