CNA / PCA / Caregiver

About the role

Care Advantage Inc. is seeking full- or part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), or Caregivers to provide in-home care services in the Boydton, VA area.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and medication management
• Monitor and report on client health and safety
• Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards of care

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Two satisfactory professional references
• Reliable transportation
• Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellence, and have a good attitude

Schedule

This Caregiver position can be full- or part-time, allowing you to set your own hours. Shifts include days, nights, and weekends. We are flexible and willing to work around your schedule!
