Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive environment.
• Aid in mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
• Support memory care clients with reminders and engaging activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients.
• Follow all health and safety regulations during care delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care or healthcare setting required.
• Familiarity with hospice care is a plus.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and recognize changes in health status.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to enhancing others' quality of life.
• Must pass background checks in accordance with state requirements.

• Available Schedules: Day Shift, Evening Shift, Night Shift, Monday through Friday, Rotating Weekends, Weekends as needed
• Shift Availability: Day Shift (Preferred), Night Shift (Preferred), Weekend Shifts (Preferred)
• Travel Area: Dallas/Hiram, Cobb County, Cherokee County, Roswell/Sandy Springs
