CNA, PCA, ALL SHIFTS

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for CNAs and PCAs to care for their clients. They have opened a new office to cover the Richmond area and are seeking compassionate caregivers to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Oral feeding
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Ambulation assistance
• Meditation assistance

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience
• Certificate of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA training
• Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board
• Current PCA Certificate from approved educational institution

Benefits

• Base Pay: $17 - $18 / hour depending on qualifications
• Eligible for BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period
• Eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans if you work less than 30 hours per week
• Paid time off
• 24 / 7 on call clinical manager support
