About the Role

In-home non-medical personal care provider for seniors and individuals with special needs in the greater Memphis area.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate and flexible personal care tailored to client needs.
• Assisting with daily activities and ensuring client comfort and safety.
• Utilizing mobile devices to clock in and out of shifts accurately.
• Supporting clients with mobility aids such as Hoyer lifts, gait belts, and sliding boards if experienced.

Requirements

• Valid CNA license required.
• Ability to accurately track shifts via mobile device.
• Open-minded and adaptable approach to care.

Preferred Experience

• Three or more years of direct care experience.
• Experience with total care, dementia, and mobility aids.
