Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program
• Provide assistance with daily activities
• Ensure a structured routine
• Support individual community outings
• Prepare meals
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Perform personal care tasks
• Distribute medications
• Collaborate with other team members

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License
• Compassionate and enjoys making a difference in someone's life
• Passing criminal background check and driving record
• Valid drivers license; Use of personal vehicle
• TB screening and physical upon hire, and TB update every two years after
