About the role
Become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Benedictine, where you'll make a difference in the lives of our residents. You'll provide compassionate care, manage tasks efficiently, and report changes to healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care
- Report condition changes to RN or LPN
- Chart in POC system
- Demonstrate time management and prioritization
Requirements
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
- Good communication skills required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- BLS Certification required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
