About the role

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities
• Provide basic nursing care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with personal hygiene
• Document patient care in medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Experience in an ambulatory health care setting preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passing score on a state-approved CNA exam
