CNA-Oncology (Full-Time, Nights)

Compensation Range: $23.09 - $29.56 per hour, based on applicable experience.

About the role

Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides patient care, performs selected nursing procedures as defined in the Patient Care Standards Manual, and transports non-controlled medications to and from the pharmacy. The CNA supports the nurse by coordinating special tasks and assisting where needed, collaborating with the patient care team to deliver care in accordance with the medical plan. This role furthers Enloe Medical Center’s mission to provide high-quality, cost-effective healthcare to the communities served.

Requirements

• Current Certification with the CA Department of Health Services Licensing & Certification Board
• Current CPR Certification
• Complete Neutropenic Precaution and Radiation Safety Module during the first year of employment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a nursing unit or hospital environment (desired)
