About the role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the night shift, you will be the front line of the Clinical Department, ensuring our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Watertown by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education.
Responsibilities
- Perform Activities of Daily Living for residents
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Uphold education standards and contribute to resident care planning
Requirements
- Unencumbered State of South Dakota C.N.A. certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of South Dakota Accredited C.N.A. training course
- Preference given to candidates with prior C.N.A. experience
