Responsibilities
- Assisting RNs with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Measuring and recording vital signs, output, and weights
- Collecting specimens and performing fingerstick blood tests
- Supporting patient mobility and transfers using lifts and safe handling devices
- Contributing to a high-performing team and performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
- American Heart Association BLS certification
Skills
- Strong team collaboration

- Ability to perform physical tasks safely and effectively
Preferred experience in hospital or long-term care settings.
