Responsibilities

• Follow Client Care Plans
• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
• Provide personal care, including transfer assistance
• Offer companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Provide transportation
• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff

Requirements

• Have a heart for enriching seniors’ lives and helping others
• Be compassionate and trustworthy
• Possess reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and current car insurance
• Meet the physical requirements of the job
• Provide positive references and pass a pre-employment background check (including national criminal) and pre-employment drug screening
• Have a current TB test or chest x-ray
