About the role
Joining Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley as a CNA, you will provide direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). Your responsibilities include assisting patients with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Ensure patient comfort and safety
- Follow infection control protocols
Requirements
- Six months previous CNA experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Basic computer skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- High School diploma or GED required
- Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program required
- State registered CNA license required
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred. CPI training required if sitting with M-1 holds
Physical Requirements
Medium Work - Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly

Joining Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing expert care in a warm, family-friendly environment. The hospital is a Level III Trauma center, STEMI Cardiac receiving center, and certified stroke treatment center.
