Responsibilities

• Facilitates and enhances the delivery of patient care and the patient experience under the direction of the RN.
• Provides patient care, activities of daily living, and general support duties as assigned, including clerical, stocking, courier, and transport tasks.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience as Unit Secretary/Nursing Assistant, Medic, or EMT/Paramedic, preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification at start date.
• Demonstrated track record for excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills.
• For Emergency Room position, CPI certification within 6 months.
