About the role
Givens Highland Farms in Black Mountain, is seeking CNAs for Residential Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing working weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist nurses in the care of residents
- Transfer and transport residents
- Auxiliary feeding assistance
- Auxiliary activities of daily living assistance
- Use of gait belt and proper body mechanics
Requirements
- Active listing on the North Carolina Nurse Aide I (CNA) Registry
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience preferred
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule
- Full-Time schedule: Saturdays and Sundays from 6AM to 10PM OR
- Part-Time Schedules: Saturdays and Sundays from 6AM to 2PM or 2PM to 10PM
Pay
- $19.00 -$24.00 per hour, based on experience, plus shift differential pay
