CNA/Med Tech- Night Shift

Location: Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living, a 103-acre continuing care retirement community in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

About the role

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) supporting residents in all aspects of daily living. Provide person-centered care in our Memory Care unit on the 11P-7:30AM shift, 32 hours per week. This is a benefits-eligible role.

Responsibilities

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assist residents in activities of daily living
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
• Work with the clinical team to ensure residents' needs are addressed in a timely manner

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current CPR certification is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required

Pay

Up to $24/hr, depending on years of license, plus shift differential and Med Tech differential. Training available for those who are not Med Techs.
