CNA/Med Tech - Full Time

Make a difference every day at St. Joseph of the Pines. We're seeking compassionate CNA/Med Techs to join our team at The Coventry in Southern Pines, NC. In this role, you'll provide personalized care, support residents with daily activities, and help create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment.

Schedule

Full-time, 12-hour shifts. Available shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility.
• Support safe transfers and repositioning using appropriate equipment.
• Perform and document restorative care activities as assigned.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and PPE protocols.
• Help maintain a respectful, caring environment that promotes resident dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Active CNA and Med Tech certifications required.
• One year of experience preferred.
