Role Overview The Restorative Nursing Assistant provides residents with rehabilitative activities based on treatment and ROM plans created by therapists. They support the nursing staff in maintaining the orderliness of the clinical area, functioning as an expanded role of a Certified Nursing Assistant under RN supervision.
