Responsibilities

• Assist licensed care staff in performing a variety of clinical and technical tasks for assigned residents, including activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping, dining/tray services, and escort services.
• Conduct vital signs and weights, and other care-related duties as assigned.
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
• Notify care team of resident changes of condition as they occur.

This role is for the Wednesday PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

Requirements

• Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Experience is required; prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Current CPR/Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications are required.
• Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become certified.
• Food handlers certification and Certified Medical Technician/Certified Medication Aide certification, where required.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn.

USD $19.89 - USD $23.86 per hour
