About the role

Hopedale Medical Complex is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Hospital team on a part-time basis. The CNA provides direct patient care and supports the professional nursing staff in caring for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries, and healthcare needs. This position is primarily based in the Hospital, while also providing an excellent opportunity to cross-train and gain experience in other areas of HMC. CNAs may be asked to float to the Nursing Home and Commons Assisted Living facility when staffing needs arise. This cross-training opportunity allows CNAs to expand their skills, work with different patient and resident populations, and gain valuable experience across multiple areas of HMC.

Schedule

Part-Time Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Rotating weekends and holidays as assigned.

Pay

• Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Night Shift Differential: Additional $3.00 per hour
• Weekend Differential: Additional $4.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff.
