Schedule
Per Diem coverage in Marlboro, Dillon, and Chesterfield County.

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care by following the plan of care to ensure patient comfort and well-being, attending promptly to patient and family/caregiver requests with compassion.
- Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, clothing, and shampooing to enhance patient dignity and comfort.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
- Support families by sharing knowledge and expertise, guiding them in caring for their terminally ill loved ones.
- Maintain accurate documentation to meet agency and regulatory standards, ensuring high-quality care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Current unencumbered C.N.A. certification in the state of employment.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long-term care setting (hospice experience a plus).
- Current CPR certification if state-mandated.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.
Pay
$17.00 - $19.50 per hour. The pay range listed represents a general guideline; final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and specific responsibilities of the position.
