About the role
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant / Hospice Aide to provide compassionate, supportive, and physical care to patients with life-limiting illnesses.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care, exercise, and ambulation
- Recording vital signs and patient observations
- Communicating changes to the RN
- Preparing light meals, laundry, and household tasks essential for patient well-being
- Participating in scheduled weekend visits
- Maintaining ongoing education requirements
Requirements
- Current certification from a CNA program
- Good standing with state regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with computers and technology
