General Requirements
- Licensure/Registration: CNA Certification/75-hour nurse aide course State of Iowa or Direct Care Worker Registry State of Illinois, second state required within 6 months of hire;
- Driver's License;
- Auto Insurance-Genesis minimum limits required;
- Basic Life Support

- Less than high school graduation
