About the role

Sanjie Healthcare Services is seeking qualified Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our dynamic team. This is an immediate opening for those interested in a rewarding career in home care.

Responsibilities

Perform ALL duties outlined in the client's care plan/service agreement.
Demonstrate competency in meal preparation and clean-up, homemaking, and laundry.
Toileting and personal hygiene assistance.
Medication reminders.
Routine transfer assistance.
Bathing and showering assistance.
Transportation and errand running services.
Additional training and an incentive program for professional growth.

Requirements

CPR/First Aid certified (Required American Heart or Red Cross).
Certificate showing Negative for TB (Required).
Valid driver's license.
Photocopy of Social Security Card.
Current proof of auto insurance.
Reliable transportation.
CNA License or completed HHA Competency test.
Federal fingerprinting requirement (Gchecxs).
Physical ability to perform tasks as described.
Bank slip or screenshot from your account with the routing and account #'s.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is compassionate, dedicated, and reliable with a desire to enhance the lives of seniors and disabled clients. Previous experience as a caregiver in a home environment is preferred.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions are essential. Knowledge of home care procedures and a positive attitude are also crucial.
