In this role, you’ll provide hands‑on care, meaningful companionship, and support that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home. Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Mobility Support: Help with safe transfers, repositioning, and movement.
• Meal Assistance: Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and monitor intake.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support and reduce isolation.
• Home Environment: Keep spaces clean, safe, and organized.
• Safety & Health: Follow infection control protocols and PPE guidelines.
• Documentation: Record care provided and report any changes or concerns.

Requirements

• Active Virginia CNA certification.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and age 18+.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance or reliable transportation.
• Proficient smartphone use for scheduling and care documentation.
• Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus).
• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and perform daily tasks.
• Team‑first mindset and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to pass background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
