CNA/HHA Program Assistant FLOAT

Responsibilities

• Aid in the development, implementation, and facilitation of therapeutic activities for patients in the SADSC.
• Provide hands-on assistance with patients' activities of daily living.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements

• Clear, active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or Home Health Aid (HHA) Certification.
• Must pass AHCA level II criminal background screening and drug screening.
• Must work between 8 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Skills

• Experience working with patients with Alzheimer's disease or related neurocognitive disorders preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
