CNA / HHA -Palm Beach Gardens

About the Role

Always Best Care - South Florida, one of South Florida's top-rated and nationally accredited home care agencies, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care to local Veterans and seniors. Caregivers help clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home.

Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you'll provide compassionate support with:

• Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Health Monitoring: Med reminders, vitals, glucose & BP checks
• Companionship: Conversation, emotional support, safety supervision
• Daily Living: Meal prep, errands, light housekeeping
• Mobility: Transfers, walking support, repositioning
• Home Safety: Keeping the home clean, safe, and cozy

Qualifications

• A heart for care-giving
• English fluency (spoken & written)
• Level 2 Background Check + drug screening
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle & auto insurance (with bodily injury coverage)
• Recent TB test & physical (within 1 year)
• Current CPR certification (within 2 years)
• Up-to-date on all required CEUs
• Prior experience caring for seniors

Schedule & Pay

Full-Time & Part-Time positions available. Daily Pay options. Pay rate: $17/hr and up.
