About the role

Immediate openings for CNAs and HHAs for part‑time and PRN positions providing one‑on‑one care to clients in their homes and in facilities. Join a fun, flexible, and caring work environment with competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Companionship — playing games, talking, going for walks with clients
• Light housekeeping, including laundry
• Reporting any changes in client condition to the office during shift
• Transportation using client’s vehicle or personal vehicle; running errands
• Meal planning and preparation
• Working with Alzheimer’s and dementia clients
• Using mobile device to clock in and out for shifts
• Communication with office
• Assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers)

Qualifications

• Previous experience with private‑duty home care and/or facility work — 1 year or more
• Commitment to treating clients with dignity and respect
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license (a plus)
• Active CPR certification
• Level 2 Background Screen from the State of Florida
• Completed HIV/AIDS and Alzheimer’s CEUs within the last 2 years
• Able to use a smartphone to clock in and out for completed shifts
• Able to pass a Home Health Aide competency test and practical
