We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in the patient's home, following an established care plan.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with developmental disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in client’s status
- Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
- Provide companion and homemaking care
- Provide specialized assistance such as medication reminders
- Teach family members ways to care for their loved ones
- Ensure client’s safety
Requirements
- Must have a cleared Level 2 background and CPR certification
- 2 years experience in home care or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Updated CEUs (Continuing Education Units)
- Must have a smartphone to input notes
