Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour in the Spokane Area. Perks include 2 hour paid orientation, paid sick time, employer matching 401K/Roth, time and mileage reimbursement, monthly caregiver raffles, mobile time tracking and care notes, unlimited bonus for referrals, 24/7 caregiver support, continued education courses, and promotion opportunities within the company. Same day pay is available via TapCheck/Viventium.

Responsibilities
- Non-medical in-home care tasks: Dressing, grooming, bathing, help with eating/cooking, transferring, bed mobility, walking, behavior redirections, communication needs, toileting, decision making, memory care, help assist with exercise.
- Transportation needs: Grocery shopping, errands driving clients to appointments.
- Companionship: Games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support to clients.
