Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Support mobility, transfers, and personal care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Observe and communicate client needs
- Build confidence working in a home care environment
Requirements
- HCAs, CNAs, nursing students, or aspiring healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and dependable individuals
- Comfortable with hands‑on care
- Eager to learn and grow
- Must be willing to obtain state‑required HCA certification within required timeline if not already certified
- Drivers encouraged to apply
Pay
Competitive pay: $21.30‑$23/hr + $2‑$5/hr shift premiums; earn up to $28/hr depending on shifts and care level.
