Job Description We are seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The CNA will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, maintain patient comfort and safety, and report patient conditions and concerns to the nursing team. Responsibilities Assist patients with bathing, dressing, feeding, hydration, and personal hygiene. Help with patient positioning, mobility, and restorative care. Measure and record vital signs, including pulse and blood pressure. Observe patient responses and report changes in condition to the supervising RN. Perform assigned clerical tasks and maintain organized patient care records. Support the nursing team in delivering safe, compassionate patient care.
