Role And Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and document vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Support sterile processing and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Assist patients with special needs, including behavioral health conditions
Qualifications And Skills
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant
- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and infection control protocols
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems like eClinicalWorks and Cerner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong attention to detail and task prioritization skills
