About the role
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for assisting residents with their daily activities. This includes bathing and dressing, taking vital signs, collecting information from caregivers, nurses, and providers, answering resident calls, observing for skin integrity changes, turning and repositioning residents, and transferring them to bed, chair, or wheelchair. The CNA also maintains cleanliness in the resident care area by changing sheets and restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a current California License as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess a current CPR certification.
Qualifications
Ability to work under pressure and relate to residents, family, and long-term care staff. Demonstrated ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending) to understand, plan, and carry out resident care plans and ADLs.

Benefits
We offer a compensation philosophy with 30 pay increments based on 30 years of relevant experience, a sign-on bonus of $1,500, full-time benefits, and night shift differentials. Child Care Center
We provide a child care center service for all families in our area. The program is operational from 7:45 AM to 5:15 PM, Monday through Friday, and is approved for children aged 0 to 5 years.
