About the role

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for assisting residents with their daily activities. This may include bathing and dressing, taking vital signs, collecting information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, and providers. The CNA also answers resident calls, observes residents for skin integrity changes, turns and repositions residents, and transfers them to bed, chair, or wheelchair. Additionally, the CNA maintains cleanliness in the resident care area by changing sheets and restocking supplies as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a current California License as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess a current CPR certification.

Qualifications

Ability to work under pressure and relate to residents, family, and long-term care staff. Demonstrated ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending) to understand, plan, and carry out resident care plans and ADLs.

We offer a compensation philosophy with 30 pay increments for 30 years of relevant experience, a sign-on bonus of $1,500, full-time benefits, and a competitive retirement plan with a 3% company contribution.
