Job Summary
Transitions LifeCare is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time positions in Wake, Durham, Johnston, Franklin, Harnett, Orange, and Chatham counties. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays.

What You Will Do
- Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients per their individualized care plan
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team (IDG) in achieving patient care goals
- Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our patients
- Promptly report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor
What You Can Expect
