CNA - Full or Part Time - In-Home Healthcare
Hours
Apart from the requirement of working at least 20 hours per week, part-time and full-time positions are available. A minimum of one shift every other weekend is mandatory. The schedule is based on availability and shifts can range from 1 hour to 10 hours.
Pay Rate
The wage scale varies based on the level of care required by the client and the duration of the assignment. The range is between $17 - $24 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour on weekends.
Requirements for this position
- Must be a certified CNA
- Must have a valid WI driver's license
- Must have a personally owned vehicle capable of driving to client locations
- Must be willing to visit multiple client homes in a day
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
- Ability to perform tasks such as bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to work in environments exposed to dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning solutions
- Ability to provide care and treatment with dignity and respect
- Ability to adapt to different living environments and locations
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and congenial manner
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
