CNA FT DAYS every other weekend-12 hour shifts

About the role

Making a difference in the lives of older adults is at the heart of what we do at Covenant Living. We operate a 43-bed skilled nursing facility in Mercer Island, conveniently located near Factoria Mall and just minutes from I-90.

Responsibilities

• Possess strong customer service skills
• Report directly to the nurse manager, may also take direction from licensed nurses on duty or other supervisory staff
• Provide direct care to residents on a daily basis
• Assist with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services
• Maintain resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner
• Aid with resident laundry, ensuring clothes are marked, clean, mended, ironed, and put away
• Notify supervisor of clothing needs as they occur
• Prepare residents for meals, assist with serving meals and feeding of residents
• May be cross-trained in Assisted Living

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion and passing the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State
• Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry

Pay

The pay range for this position is $21.95 - $29.22 per hour. A reasonable estimate of the pay range is based on job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity. For full-time employees, we offer a generous benefits package.

Schedule

Shifts vary, but typically run 24 hours per shift, with support from 7 days a week.
