About the role

We are hiring FULL TIME Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that delivers exceptional care to residents and fosters a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with medication administration under supervision
• Document resident care in a timely and accurate manner
• Participate in shift handovers and report resident observations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care plans
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and common areas

Requirements

• State of Connecticut CNA Certification
• Proficiency in English
• Previous CNA experience is preferred, but not required

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for providing compassionate care

Pay

Up to $64,533 projected total annual compensation is based on actual average earnings by current CNAs and includes overtime and other paid wages.

Schedule

Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available, all shifts.
