CNA Float Pool
Position Summary
As a Float Pool CNA, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Sustaining resident mobility, safety, and comfort
- Offering basic restorative and nursing care services
- Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions
- Maintaining accurate documentation as required
- Supporting individualized care plans and resident preferences
- Delivering care in accordance with Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies
Qualifications
- Current registration on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
- Ability and willingness to travel to various Monarch Healthcare Management communities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
