About the Float Pool
The Monarch Float Pool provides staffing support across Monarch's network of communities while offering team members flexibility and variety in their careers. Travel is expected for this role.
Position Summary
As a Float Pool CNA, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). You will assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Supporting resident mobility, safety, and comfort
- Providing basic restorative and nursing care services
- Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions
- Maintaining accurate documentation as required
- Supporting individualized care plans and resident preferences
- Delivering care in accordance with Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies

Qualifications
- Current registration on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
- Ability and willingness to travel to various Monarch Healthcare Management communities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
