About the role

Join our Benedictine team as a CNA-NAR (Float). You will operate on the front lines, ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect, and choices within their lives. Your responsibilities include providing direct resident care, reporting condition changes to RNs/LPNs, and charting in the POC system. You must manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Requirements

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Good communication skills
• Read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification
