CNA First Shift
About the role
The Sheboygan Senior Community (SSC) is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team. With over 60 years of experience in providing exceptional care for seniors, SSC offers a comprehensive continuum of care including assisted living, skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, respite care, and end-of-life support.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor residents' health and report changes to supervising nurses
- Follow established procedures for medication administration
- Participate in training and development programs offered by SSC
- Engage in resident-centered care practices
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Experience in long-term care or related field
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in computer systems and applications

Pay
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule
Night Shift: 10pm to 6am
