The Benefis CNA Education Assistance Program offers scholarships to candidates interested in starting a career in healthcare. Scholarship recipients commit to working at Benefis for one year after completing a CNA training program.

Eligibility

• Benefis Hospital Units: Surgical Unit, Ortho/Neuro Unit, Oncology Unit, Rehab Unit, Progressive Cardiovascular Unit (PCVU), ICU, Patient Flow (Float Pool)
• Full-time roles require alternating weekends and holidays and offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500.
