Join the Freedom Home Care Team in Mankato, MN as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful difference providing one-on-one, in-home care for seniors and individuals.

Pay

$18.00-$21.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule

• Days, afternoons, and evenings
• Weekend rotation required
• Part-time with opportunities to grow into full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety needs
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Complete accurate care documentation
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow each client's individualized care plan

Requirements

• Current Minnesota CNA certification or previous CNA certification with related caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle and up-to-date auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
• Ability to complete all required onboarding requirements
