CNA - Day Shift (7am-3pm)

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Skilled Nursing team, providing hands-on care to promote residents' dignity, comfort, safety, and well-being. Key responsibilities include: assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility; supporting residents during meals and morning routines; monitoring health and reporting changes; maintaining a safe and clean environment; fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and team members; documenting care provided; and supporting residents' physical, social, and emotional needs. Qualifications: current Massachusetts CNA certification in good standing; strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required; commitment to resident-centered care.
