Job Summary

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Care Partner to work at Deerfield, located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield offers a variety of living options including independent living apartments, patio homes, assisted living, residential care apartment homes, and long-term care/skilled nursing suites.

Job Duties

• Serve residents in living at their highest level of independence by providing necessary restorative care and administering medication.
• Avoid compromising the safety and wellness of residents.

Skills & Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Medication Aide 50 Certification
• Basic Life Support and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification within 60 days of hire date

Pay & Schedule

• Pays up to $22.68/hour
• Minimum 16 hours per month with a holiday rotation
